David Goodwin & Co. was founded in 1982 by David Goodwin, a town planner, valuer and project manager with over 30 years professional experience in state and local government and private practice.

Here at David Goodwin & Co. we provide quality town planning, professional services throughout Victoria to property owners (both objectors and applicants), property developers, small business owners and land tax payers, both large and small.

We possess in-depth knowledge of Melbourne's bayside and metropolitan southern suburbs plus Victorian coastal townships, and specialise in the following: town planning, advocacy and expert witness work at councils and VCAT, expert witness work in heritage town planning matters and other town planning matters in various courts and panels.
